A Third Choice
FlexMesh already lets you choose between Apple Maps and Google Maps for navigation. Tap navigate, your preferred map app opens with the destination loaded.
Soon, you'll have a third option: Waze.
Why Waze?
We asked drivers which map app they prefer. The answers were split three ways:
- Apple Maps — Clean interface, great for iPhone users
- Google Maps — Reliable, detailed, works everywhere
- Waze — Real-time traffic, police alerts, community-driven updates
Delivery drivers who use Waze told us why they love it:
- Instant alerts when traffic jams form
- Community reports on road hazards
- Police and speed camera warnings
- Often finds faster routes than other apps
How It Will Work
Same as our current navigation — just with one more option:
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Find "Map Preference"
- Choose Waze (alongside Apple Maps and Google Maps)
- Every navigate tap now opens Waze
One setting, and you're done. All your deliveries route through Waze automatically.
Perfect for Delivery Drivers
Waze shines for drivers who:
- Deliver in busy urban areas — Traffic changes fast, Waze adapts faster
- Want to avoid speed traps — Community reports keep you informed
- Need real-time rerouting — Accident ahead? Waze finds another way
When you're making 100+ stops a day, every minute saved on traffic matters.
Coming Soon
We're currently testing Waze integration and making sure it works smoothly on both iOS and Android. Expect it in an upcoming update.
Already using FlexMesh? You'll get Waze support automatically when we release it — just update the app and check your settings.
Your Navigation, Your Choice
We don't believe in forcing drivers into one tool. Some love Apple Maps. Some swear by Google. Others won't drive without Waze.
FlexMesh gives you the choice. Pick what works for you.
